Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms with a beautiful free-standing bath right in the bedroom were so luxurious, and the fabulous toiletries added a nice touch of elegance. However, there was no towel rail or anywhere to hang a towel, which was a bit inconvenient. The roll-top bath, highly publicized on the hotel's social media, lived up to its hype.
The hotel was truly a gem in the center of Cheltenham with a happening cocktail bar on-site. The rooms were cozy with individual touches, a welcoming terrace, and a bath, making the stay delightful. Unfortunately, I was let down by the dining experience, now served in a temporary marquee with average food quality. Still, the hotel's proximity to everything needed balanced things out well.
I was excited to stay at this hotel with the highly publicized rooms featuring a lovely roll-top bath and trendy feel. The bathroom was indeed great, but the service was lacking as it felt almost challenging at times. The location was convenient, being close to everything I needed, although the outside area was a bit questionable. The dining experience was average, with hot chocolate served in a temporary marquee, but the smoked salmon bagels were a nice touch.
I loved my stay at the hotel! The roll-top bath, as seen on the hotel's social media, was a luxurious touch. The service was outstanding, offered in an almost challenging manner that exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, with a very happening cocktail bar on-site and close to everything I needed in Cheltenham. However, the dining experience in the temporary marquee was average, even though the main courses were superb. Overall, a fantastic experience with a few minor dining issues.
